How do you compress a file?

There are two ways to compress your files:

  1. Select the file or folder that you want to compress, right click on the mouse and choose the compression options.
  2. Run the program and click on the icon which says create a new file. Name it, choose the folder where you’d like to save it and select the file which you want to compress.

How do you decompress a file?

There are two ways to decompress your files:

  1. Right click your mouse on the compressed file and then click, Extract.
  2. Double click the compressed file. The program will open and you will see the contents of the file. You can run the program or, if you prefer, extract the file, dragging it to the folder you want to put it in.

Can we use FreeCompressor in our company or organization?

Yes, you can use FreeCompressor in any company or business.

How do you uninstall FreeCompressor?

There are two ways to uninstall the software.

1. The first is go to the Start menu -> All Programs -> FreeCompressor -> Uninstall.

2. Or you can go to:

Control Panel

Add or Remove Programs

Select FreeCompressor

Click on the Remove button

This will automatically uninstall the program.
